Laboratory Research Materials Only

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, products offered by Lone Star Research & Wellness are sold solely as laboratory research materials to qualified purchasers. They are not medicines, drugs for administration, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, household products, or veterinary products.

Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease or to affect the structure or function of a human or animal body. They are not for human or veterinary use or consumption and must not be consumed, inhaled, injected, administered, applied to, or otherwise used in or on any human or animal.

Investigational and Unapproved Products

Some products may be investigational and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Product names, descriptions, published-research summaries, certificates, or other documentation do not represent FDA approval and do not establish safety, efficacy, suitability, identity, purity, or fitness for a clinical or personal purpose.

The phrase “research use only” does not change a product's legal status, authorize a prohibited sale or use, or substitute for compliance with federal, state, and local law.

Purchaser Representations

By ordering, the purchaser represents and agrees that:

The purchaser is an authorized adult representative of a bona fide laboratory, institution, educational organization, or qualified commercial research operation.

The purchase is solely for lawful, controlled laboratory research.

The purchaser has appropriate training, facilities, equipment, procedures, and authority to acquire and handle the material.

The product will not be used in or on a human or animal.

The product will not be resold, transferred, relabeled, repackaged, marketed, or supplied for a prohibited purpose.

The purchaser will comply with applicable laws and appropriate laboratory storage, handling, documentation, security, and disposal practices.

We may request verification, limit quantities, refuse service, place an order on hold, or cancel an order when we reasonably believe a purchase, customer, destination, transfer, communication, or intended use is inconsistent with these conditions or applicable law.

No Regulatory or Institutional Endorsement

References to research, organizations, standards, analytical testing, or third-party services do not imply endorsement by the FDA, any government agency, a university, a laboratory, Shopify, a payment provider, or another third party.
