These Terms of Service govern use of lsresearchwellness.com and purchases from Lone Star Research & Wellness. By accessing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Legal Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

1. Eligibility and Authorized Purchasers

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Research materials may be purchased only by a bona fide laboratory, institution, educational organization, or qualified commercial research operation, acting through an authorized adult representative with appropriate knowledge, facilities, equipment, procedures, and authority to acquire and handle the materials lawfully.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, age, institutional or business affiliation, intended research purpose, shipping information, or legal eligibility. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where information is incomplete or inconsistent or where the order appears intended for a prohibited use.

2. Laboratory Research Use Only

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, products are offered solely as laboratory research materials. They are not medicines, drugs for administration, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, household products, or veterinary products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease or to affect the structure or function of a human or animal body.

Products must not be consumed, inhaled, injected, administered, applied to, or otherwise used in or on any human or animal. Products must not be resold, transferred, relabeled, repackaged, promoted, or supplied for a prohibited purpose.

3. Purchaser Responsibilities

The purchaser is solely responsible for determining before ordering whether acquisition, possession, transport, storage, handling, testing, transfer, and disposal are lawful and appropriate. The purchaser must use documented laboratory procedures, trained personnel, appropriate controls, personal protective equipment, secure storage, and lawful disposal practices.

Site content, customer support, product descriptions, certificates, and other materials are provided for product documentation and general research information only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing, administration, reconstitution, injection, or human-use guidance.

4. Product Information and Regulatory Status

We try to describe products accurately, but images, colors, packaging, availability, specifications, and other details may change. Product names or references to published research do not mean that a product is approved, safe, effective, or suitable for any clinical, personal, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or veterinary purpose.

Investigational products are not FDA approved unless a product page expressly and accurately states otherwise. A “research use only” statement does not change a product's legal or regulatory status or authorize an otherwise prohibited transaction or use.

5. Orders, Prices, and Payment

An order is an offer to purchase and is not accepted until we confirm acceptance or ship the order. We may limit quantities, correct errors, reject orders, or cancel orders. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. The purchaser is responsible for applicable charges and taxes shown at checkout.

You represent that payment and order information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. Suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, diversion, prohibited use, or policy evasion may result in cancellation, account restriction, or referral to appropriate service providers or authorities when lawful.

6. Shipping, Risk, and Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Processing and transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived for an unshipped, lost, damaged, incorrect, or undelivered order.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, credits, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. All sales are final except as stated there or where applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

The site and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, arrangement, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Lone Star Research & Wellness and are protected by applicable law. You may use the site only for lawful personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, interfere with, reverse engineer, misuse, or exploit the site or its content except as permitted by law or written authorization.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE, CONTENT, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” LONE STAR RESEARCH & WELLNESS DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY PARTICULAR RESEARCH RESULT OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. THIS SECTION DOES NOT EXCLUDE ANY WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LONE STAR RESEARCH & WELLNESS AND ITS OWNERS, PERSONNEL, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR RESEARCH RESULTS, ARISING FROM THE SITE, PRODUCTS, SHIPPING, OR A PURCHASER'S HANDLING, TRANSFER, MISUSE, OR PROHIBITED USE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lone Star Research & Wellness and its owners and personnel from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, material breach of these Terms, prohibited use, improper handling, or unauthorized resale or transfer. This does not require indemnification for our own conduct to the extent prohibited by law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise. A Texas attorney should insert the correct county and review whether arbitration or other dispute provisions are appropriate before publication.

14. Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless stated otherwise and permitted by law. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and the incorporated store policies are the agreement concerning use of the site and orders, except for any written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Lone Star Research & Wellness.
